Responsibilities

  • Creating Click dummies/Prototypes for user interfaces in Axure or Figma
  • Leading workshops with stakeholders and product managers (presentations, user workshops)
  • Working directly with development, understanding development processes and requirements

Customer Lifecycle & CRM Manager (m/f/d) full time

Responsibilities

  • Using your lifecycle management and CRM expertise, you will plan, build and manage high-performing messaging campaigns across multiple channels (email, push), including audience selection, trigger qualification, segmentation, setup, send out and campaign analysis
  • Together with the team, you will identify opportunities to drive product adoption, engagement, and retention, as well as cross- and up-sell behavior
  • You will coordinate the campaign creation process with relevant departments and be the point of contact for campaign stakeholders
  • You will carefully monitor individual campaign performance, adjusting and adapting as needed and collecting insights to optimize future campaign activity (A/B testing)
  • Using your segmentation tactics knowledge, you will develop target groups and communication concepts for individual sales pitches using marketing automation
  • Together with relevant stakeholders, you will compile, consolidate, and systematically maintain customer data
  • You will support other departments with the definition of requirements and functionality needed to further develop our CRM strategies
  • You will provide junior team members with support and expertise in the execution of lifecycle and CRM programs.

Essential skills

  • Previous professional working experience and a track record of success in CRM, preferably as a lifecycle and CRM manager
  • A professional working knowledge of Braze, Metabase, Google Analytics, and experience with SQL is a plus
  • Your meticulous organizational skills. You are a planner, a collaborator, and an excellent project manager; Google Drive is your second home
  • Your proven ability to collect, analyze and derive insights from customer and business data
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, and Economics. Equivalent professional experience and/or retraining is also relevant.
  • Passion for music is a plus
  • English language fluency with excellent written and verbal communication skills
